A three member panel of the board consisting of Secretary (Tony), Rec Officer
(Tom) and VP (Bob) are responsible for assigning work, answering questions, etc.
When a member wants to take a job, they contact one of the 3 and explain which
job they want to take. The panel is responsible for tracking who has taken
what job and maintaining an up to date list. You can contact all three on the
panel by clicking Here.
Example: Someone wants to paint a trap house, they call or e-mail a panel
member, the panel member makes sure the work is still available and if so, they
approve.
Our caretakers, Doug and Jodi, can check to make sure work has been done as well
as the Board members. One of this group has to sign off on the members work
card. The member keeps the card to turn in with their renewal or can send it to
the membership officer when
it is full.
Members can also contact the panel and suggest a job. The panel is
responsible for okaying and determining the number of hours the work would
count for.
